Courtland C. Eyrick, MAI
Courtland C. Eyrick, MAI, is a principal of Florida Valuation. He leads the firm’s litigation valuation services. He has more than 13 years of commercial real estate appraisal valuation experience, specializing in litigation support for clients throughout the Southeast. He also has extensive experience in preparing appraisals for financial institutions, state agencies and individuals. He is a certified general real estate appraiser in the states of Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, and Virginia.
Mr. Eyrick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of the South and has earned the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute. He is an active member of the Northeast Florida Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and the Urban Land Institute.
